6. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our online contact form or by phone at (951) 696-7100. Advance notice of at least 24 hours is required.
- Confirmation: We will confirm your appointment by email or phone. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the quoted service price.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted Methods: Cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
- Late Payments: Balances unpaid after 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, plus collection costs.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Murrieta Valley Plumbing or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
